Privacy policy

This policy explains how Palz Tools ("we") handles personal data on https://tools.palz.co.in, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Our calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers and dates you enter are not sent to or stored on our servers.

Some tools (such as the resume builder, invoice generators and itinerary maker) save your draft in your browser's local storage so it is still there next time. It stays on your device; clearing this site's data in your browser removes it. If you sign in to use credits, your sign-in token is kept there too.

AI tools and credits

Files and text you send to our AI tools are processed on our GPU server over HTTPS and deleted as soon as the result is returned (or after 15 minutes if it is never collected). We don't keep or read them. To count free daily tries we use your IP address, kept in memory for at most a day.

If you sign in to use credits, we store your email address, your credit balance, which tool each credit was used for, and your credit purchases. Sign-in codes are sent through our email provider, Resend, and account data is stored with Cloudflare. You can delete your account on the Credits page at any time; purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Orders and enquiries

When you place an order or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and the brief and files for your project. We use this only to deliver your order, communicate with you and meet legal and tax obligations. Project files are deleted within 90 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep them.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to the data you give them.

Analytics, cookies and ads

We may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Umami or Microsoft Clarity) to understand which pages are useful. The tool areas and the Credits page are marked so that Clarity doesn't record what you type, upload or get back. If we show ads, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@palz.co.in. We respond within 30 days. The same address acts as our grievance contact.

Voice and likeness

For dubbing, we only create a voice model of a person with their written consent. Voice models are used only for your project and deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep them.
