Refund & cancellation policy

Services (video ads, dubbing)

• Before work starts: cancel within 24 hours of payment and before we start production for a full refund.
• After work starts: if you are not satisfied, we will first use the included revisions. If we still cannot meet the agreed brief, we refund 50% of the order value.
• Missed delivery: if we miss the stated delivery time by more than 5 working days for reasons on our side, you can cancel for a full refund.

Digital products (templates)

Because files are delivered instantly, templates are non-refundable once downloaded, unless the file is broken or not as described and we cannot fix it within 7 days.

Credit packs (AI tools)

• Failed jobs: if a paid job fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Unused packs: you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if none of that pack's credits have been used.
• Used credits are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. To request one, email hello@palz.co.in with your payment ID.
